be a lifeguard

I really want to work at the pool this summer. The job I have now isn’t bad…fast food just isn’t my cup of tea. I don’t like it. Fortunatly, there is a lifeguard certification course coming up. I’ve wanted to do this for a long time. My parents are just worried about me being at the pool all day, because I’ve had a couple of guys at work being weird…but anyway. they think it would be worse at the pool. I think I ALMOST have them convinced though….we’ll see!

I’ve wanted to be a lifeguard for a long time. I absolutely love summer and being outside, and swimming, so it sounds like a great job! Especially since I work at Arby’s, by no means a bad job, but this one sounds MUCH better! I’m going to go to the next training thing they have at the YMCA, so this summer I can lifeguard instead of sell sandwiches! It’d be so awesome if I never had to do fastfood again! Yay! i’m doing this as SOON AS I CAN!!!
