I’ve managed to “get in shape” three times in my life, became a fitness obsessive and got the tshirt.
I put weight back on, fell in love and often now feel so cosy I have little motivation!!
I have managed to frequent my gym around once a week in the last few weeks, and was jogging everyday for a week before I went on a stag night to amsterdam :D
I feel more motivated than the last year or so, but its a long way off my old fitness regime..
