I received my Beginning Runners Handbook this week and I’m starting off easy using the 13 week walk program. Then I step up to the run/walk program and go from there. Really need to stick to this. It’s not running the 5K it’s finishing something I started.

I lose interest in this pretty quickly. Trying to stay in shape but I like more variety than just running.
