spend more time outdoors

Went for a lovely 3 mile walk along the Platte River Sunday with my husband and 2 year old daughter. Was just wonderful!

Went and hung out at a soccer game this weekend was nice sunny day and walked back and forth to the restrooms several times with my 2 year old.

Went to Worland for the state bowling tournament and spent some time in a park after checking out of the hotel while waiting for our team to be up. Was a lovely sunny day. Visited with my friends.

Last week took two walks around my work place. Then took the baby for a walk to the store and back on Saturday as well as went and watch my family do some fishing.

Took about a 1 mile walk outdoors around the area I work.
