My Physical therapist prescribed me to lay on this foam thing for 10 minutes a day. It seems stupid while I’m doing it, but I can really feel a difference the following day or two. Looking forward to a life free of back pain.

My years of bad posture has caught up with me. I have a slipped disk which is causing my arm and leg to go numb and frequent sharp stabbing pains due to a pinched nerve in my spinal cord. I’m going to a physical therapist to put my bones back into place and strengthen the muscles that will give me better posture.
