I haven’t chewed since the last post. I’ve almost chewed, but every time I remembered my goal just in time. So if I just remember that I’m trying to stop this, I can probably do it. Of course, it gets easier once I’ve stopped a while, because my lips will feel smoother :)
My lips are real battle fields at the moment. Maybe I should try a lip balm, but I’m a bit scared that my lips will get “addicted” to it, I’ve heard about that often.
I tend to chew on my lips and bite tiny bits of, which ends up in there being more irregularities for me to chew on. So, I want to stop. It’s a nasty habit. Over de past few years I already quit smoking and nail-biting, so I’m sure I can do it. First step is to become conscious of when I bite, and I’m starting to notice that already.
