I need to start small and work my way up. How about we begin with a 5K!? I need to build some endurance. I ran today for about a mile and that was disappointing. My legs feel like jello and my head is throbbing! Does that go away?

Omg…I worked out for a couple of weeks and the most I could do on the treadmill was two miles. Seriously….that was running/walking too. Still can’t run a solid two miles, but boy I’d like to!
