Okay so the motivation has waned…I’m in a rut again. I need some encouragement.

It’s only been about a week since I started this goal list. I feel motivated already but I think it’s still too soon to check this off. I think in order to truly achieve any of these goals, they have to become routine; a habit, if you will. I do have an increased motivation since I began this list and isn’t that it’s purpose after all? Hopefully, this motivation will continue and I can check this off my list!
I find it so hard some days to get motivated to do anything….dishes, cleaning my room, working out, reading, painting, etc. I could go on forever. How can this be remedied?
