I’m getting there! I exercised most days last week and so far everyday this week. I’ve decided for now just to do exercise dvd’s each night, then once I’m in that habit, I’ll look at getting back to the gym.
I’m getting there! I exercised most days last week and so far everyday this week. I’ve decided for now just to do exercise dvd’s each night, then once I’m in that habit, I’ll look at getting back to the gym.
I haven’t quite mastered the exercise four times a week, but I’m getting closer. I’ve bought Billy Blanks Tae Bo dvd’s and have found them really enjoyable. I hardly notice I’m exercising, yet I work up a sweat. Excellent!
I took a step in the right direction and went back to the gym tonight. But rather than just jumping back into it, I had an assessment and they’re re-doing my program so it’s something I’m more likely to stick to. I go back tomorrow to get the program and be shown through it!
I am one of those people that joins a gym, is motivated for oh 10 minutes, then leaves.. a few months later I join a new gym and so the cycle continues. In 2008 I am going to stick with ONE gym and I’m going to retain my motivation by going even when I don’t feel like it, until I realise how much better exercise makes me feel and I won’t want to stop.
