twice this week and i think i am starting to notice a difference. getting stronger!!

i have a pilates trap table http://www.therapilates.com/images/photos/TRAP2.JPG (that’s not me on it!!) if i bend my knees, i can easily hang from the top bar. i can’t even begin to pull myself up…so i’ll start by lowering myself down over and over.
