ugh, i failed miserably at exercising this summmer
think the main problem was that the gym is a 20 minute drive away from home
i think exercising regularly will be a lot easier back at school when the gym is in walking distance

i pretty much do this now. usually it’s just biking to school, biking back, and walking around campus but i’m still in better shape now than i’ve ever been.
So after a lot of procrastination I went out and ran again today. So cold outside!
Jogged Sunday. In theory I should do it today, but how about a 2 day break. I’m feeling lazy. Definitely tomorrow though, and Friday. 3 times a week is pretty good for the second week, right?
I jogged on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Probably will jog tomorrow too. That’ll be the first week and I’m already feeling better. Gonna switch over to the elliptical and bike when I get back to school in 13 days.
