though anywhere convenient from london would be nice too, for example brighton as its a quick train from london and nice and seaside-y!
perhaps we should start getting people looking into hostel/accomodation stuff as it’s a busy city and cheap stuff will get booked up quickly?
for 3 nights in the first weekend of july beds from 13 pounds per night can be found

if this works for you, or just try hostelworld – if a group booking is made, you can share a dorm rather than stay with strangers, but it would all depend on who would come and for how many nights people planned to stay – but as i said london would probably fill up quite early for good places, so selecting a planned date/weekend/week soon would probably help!
