Crazy good chicken salad

1/2 lbs grilled chicken chopped
1/2 bell pepper chopped fine
1/4 small red onion chopped fine
1/4 cup mayo
1Tb mustard
3 strips cooked bacon crumbled
1 sm. handfull chedder cheese

combine all ingredeants serve on bread with tomato and lettus



Special green beans

2 Cans of green beans
1 can whole can stewed tomatos chopped
1 clove of garlic chopped
3 slices of bacon
1 cube of boullion chicken or beef depending on the main dish
3 dashes of woshetershire
salt and pepper

empty all 3 cans into a large pot. cut uncooked bacon into chunked peices add to pot. add everything else stir together cover cook on med. heat for 1 hrs.



Punched up lemon cake

1 box lemon cake mix
zest of one lemon
Dole pineapple, orange and banana juice
{frosting}
1 tub cool whip
1 jar lemon curd refrigerated

for the cake make according to the box but insteed of water use the juice and add the lemon zest,then bake.

For the frosting gently fold the cool whip and lemon curd together and spread on top of the cake. For a two layer cake simply double the frosting recipe.

this cake will wow your friends, and it is so pot luck worthy.



Pork Ribs

I live in an apartment and I love BBQ ribs however the complex dosent allow grills or BBQ’s so here is an awsome alternitive.

1 rack of pork ribs
paprika
garlic powder
sugar
salt
pepper
1/2 cap full apple cider vinigar
water
BBQ sauce

I know I didn’t put mesurements for the dry ingreediants but its so simple just dust each ingreedeant over meat to taste and rub it in.

put it in a big duch oven add viniger to the side add enough water to cover the bottom and cook on low heat 275 for like 3-4 hrs. top with your favorite BBQ sauce leave un coverd and put back in oven at 350 for 6-10 min.



fettuccini alfredo

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 1/2 cups fresh parmasean cheese (not canned)
4-6 cloves garlic minnced
pinch of fresh basil leaves minnced
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
fettuccini noodles (cooked)

start by heating oil and butter together in large skillet add cheese and basil stir until cheese is melted add garlic and cream slowly wisk together if too thick add more cream, add noodles, salt and pepper to taste. shrimp or chicken breast go great with this.



Broccoli salad

4 cups broccoli flowerets
1/4 red onion chopped fine
6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup crimini mushrooms chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
(dressing)
1 cup mayo
3 Tb. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
salt and pepper to taste

put salad together set aside mix dressing together, add it to the salad and mix well serve, and enjoy!



spamble

1 can of spam cubed
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 small red onion chopped
1 package of mushrooms chopped
2 cups sharp cheeder cheese shreeded
6 to 8 eggs betten
2 Tb oil
4 Tb butter
salt and pepper

heat lg. skillet melt butter add oil

Add spam and veggies till spam is browed and veggies are tender.
poor in eggs cook until eggs are almost done then add cheese and cover till cheese is melted then salt and pepper to taste,

At this point my husband adds tobasco. But if its not for you leave it out.


kickken chicken caserole

4 chicken breasts
1 can condenced of cream of broccli (or whatever you like)
1 cup low fat sour cream
salt and pepper
1 box of stove top stuffing mix
8 slices of swiss cheese
4 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled

Place chicken in a caserole lay cheese on top evenly. Mix soup and sour cream, spread on top of chicken.

make stuffing according to the box add crumbled bacon and spred on top of soup mixture.

salt and pepper to taste, bake @ 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. and enjoy. My whole family will eat this and I have 2 very pickky eaters.



TOE CURLING SPAGGETTI

1 lb Italian turkey sausage
1 jar of your favorite marinara
1 sm. oinion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
salt and pepper
mitzithra cheese shredded
1/4 cup butter browned (not burned)
cooked noodles of your choice

Brown sauseage, onion, and garlic in a skillet. Add marinara,and salt and pepper let simmer for 20 min. on low

meanwhile in a sause pan melt butter on med. high heat wisk rapadly (DONT BURN)

add butter and shredded cheese to the noodles mix well you can serve it this way or add the marinara and mix. eather way your in for a treat.



smotherd steak

4 thin cut new york or portterhouse steaks (anything boneless)
1 red pepper sliced thin
1 green pepper ”
1 yellow pepper ”
1 red onion ”
1/4 cup worstishire
1 pakage button mushrooms sliced
3 cloves garlic
3Tb. red wine viniger
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
2 cups shreeded pepperjack cheese or monterey jack
salt and pepper
1/2 cube butter melted
2 Tb. oil

place meat in ziplock bag add red wine viniger, pepper flakes,and worstishire put in frige for 1 hrs. grill to desired doneness

heat skillet to med. high add oil and butter add thinly sliced peppers, mushrooms and garlic cook to aldente

place grilled meat in a casserol lay the pepper mixture over the meat cover with cheese and broil until cheese is melted oh ma ma do you have your self a meal.
