Ahhhh. What happened? I was doing so well.
I think it’s stress causing this breakout- Stage Manager for a high school show, cramming for the SAT, as the possibility of mending an old relationship hanging in the air could do that to a girl, right?
I know I’ve washed my face more than six times since yesterday. How fast does salicylic acid dry out skin?

=D oh man, it’s been going pretty well with my skin. It’s not fully cleared up yet, but it is significantly better. I’ve been using St. Ives Invigorating Apricot Scrub in the shower on my face and body. It smells like wet toilet paper, and the grains of whatever aren’t the most fun feeling on your skin, but it REALLY makes everything feel as smooth as paper…
But I’m having a bit of trouble with greasiness. At school, at the end of the day, my skin starts feeling oily. How do you guys feel about thosse little oil absorbing sheets? Do they work?
in the picture, I’m on the bottom right, looking somewhat creepy.

My acne migrates. One week it will be all over my forehead, then the next it will be on my right cheek. I guess I need to stop focusing on the affected area, and start making preventative efforts.
I’ve stopped using makeup on everything but my eyes. This helps in that it won’t absolutely KILL my skin to crash with minimal skin care. I’m really lazy about washing my face, so just using eye-makeup remover makes the quick-routine 9438 times less frustrating. I know I should just toss the quick-routine all together and REALLY wash, but I guess I’ll ease myself into that.
Hopefully I can just get my parents to schedule a dermatologist appointment so I can get a quality medication. Does anyone have a suggestion for a cheap/effective wash until then?
