I hadn’t, but I’m going to for sure this time, I have taken a quarter off of school just for weight loss because I need it bad this time. I have learned all the secrets, the main thing you do, eat organic and vegan food only, read “Skinny Bitch” and you’ll see why. Exercise your muscles first, then do cardio and you will lose weight. I’m going to the gym tomorrow morning, and I’m making this bomb-assed soup, it’s vegan :)

I’ve gained another 2 pounds, and I’ve said to myself for like the 10th time “no… that’s it”. So I am heading to my gym tomorrow for the first time in like 5 months and I’m hoping I can stick to it again… aaah it’s sooo hard to do it. I’m just really not happy with my physical image lately and it needs to change for good this time.
Yaaaaaaay I’ve forced myself to take a math class at 7:00 a.m. till 8:00 a.m. and my next class isn’t untill noon, so geeeee what to do with those four hours, now I don’t have any excuse about not having any time to go to the gym, I’ve been doing it and I feel great, I’m gonna loose those 60lb in like 6 months, cuz last time I worked out, in less than a month I lost 10lb, and all in a healthy way, exercise, and eating right :)
I detoxed my body by doing a 4 day fast, and I dropped 5lb, and after a week it still hasn’t come back! I recommend doing this to jump start your metabolism, to loose a few pounds, and to get your system up to it’s highest fat-burning potential. I have now lost 18lb, I’ve only got 42lb more to loose!
So I’ve been working at it really hard and I’ve figured out a few things. This is what I’ve done for the past month, and I’ve lost 10lb. about 80% of my food intake is protein, then I have a medium-large serving of a complex carbohydrate (it’s usually oatmeal with my eggs in the morning). I drink 15 glasses of 8oz of water each day. I take in 30-35 grams of fiber. I do difficult cardio for an hour a day, and I lift weights for 20-25mins every other day. I’ve eaten little to no sugar, and kept my fat intake low as well, and I’ve made sure to include fruits and vegetables, a multivitamin, and some other healthy supplements. THIS WORKS YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT DOING THIS. And it’s a healthy way to do it.
K, once again, I am starting to try and loose weight, I need to loose 60lb to get to my healthy weight. Cheer me on and I’ll cheer you on! I’ll be keeping you updated.
