After a very long,lazy,and painfull week I am now back on track.I can finaly move good enough to work out again.



On hold 2 years ago

I was doing so good excercising everynight and even just got a weight bench, but then trying to finish one of my other 43 things “learning to snowboard” I think I either broke or severly bruised my tailbone so I have to put this on hold till I can move again.maybe I can lay on the bench and at least work out my arms we’ll see.

Well I didn’t start the day after my first entry but 16 weeks and a few more pounds I now have.I even got my hubby into it and we start competeing and pushing even harder.It’s only been 4 days but I’m trying to make it a habit every evening.Now I just have to keep it up!
