It has been a long and hard road, but I am finally nearing my goal. I have eaten just about everything that is good and bad for you, and have been trying to workout regularly (weight train). Granted, I have a little more baby fat than I would have liked, but it will come in handy as I transform into the incredible hulk :)

So basically my eating schedule has gone like this for the last couple of months:
8:00 Black Coffee
9:30 Piece of fruit
11:45 Lunch (Hummus & Pita, Vegan Sandwich, Juices, etc.)
7:00 Dinner
Now that I’ve been reading the thrive diet, and feeling the urge to return to working out and exercising and eating healthy, I am trying to get off of coffee and eat more frequently. However, it just doesn’t feel good thus far. Maybe I’m taking it too fast. I guess I’m struggling with the urge to live a simple life vs. living that of an endurance athlete. I just want to get to the point where I don’t have to think about food so much and what’s on the menu for the day…I guess that will happen once I reach my ideal weight.
My “ideal weight” is somewhere between 135-150 lbs. Right now I’m down to a pretty unhealthy 110 or so. My goal is to get back to my ideal range through healthy lifestyle habits. Things are a bit stressful right now as I am moving across the country and changing jobs, as well as leaving a long-term relationship. Gotta start somewhere though, right? :)
