hey girls
can someone please give me some good advice?
i’m 5’8” and like 125 lbs…. it always varies from 124-127… and like i’ve been stuck here literally for months!!!!! what the hell am i doing wrong? i don’t eat much….... and like when i think i’m gaining because i ate something after not eating for a long time then i try to change ti so i eat just a little bit to get someting in me but now enough to gain….....but no matter what i havent’t been able to get off of this plateau for wwaaaaaaaayyyyy too long…..i need help
i feel like such a failure!
advice would be loved!
