...is to envision my goals clearly. If my goal is to lose weight, for example, I see myself in the present, excercising, eating right, enjoying energy, looking slim, getting positive reactions to my physique, etc. I see all the details and feel with all my senses. I’m told that this technique helps people accomplish their goals faster and easier, so in keeping with the spirit of 43 things, that’s exactly what I want to do.
Now, I love to write, so I think I will dedicate some time every day for a month to write down my visions. I will first concentrate on my goal, picture it, see it, feel it, and then I’ll write down what that goal is, how I see it working for me, my feelings on it, etc.
