just a stupid excuse, but haven’t had the time to get new running shoes… it’s been wonderful here and would love to go for my longish runs at least on a sunday

will have to really work very hard. It feels like its been a millenium since I ran seriously
I love running with running partners, no matter how slow they are, I just hate running alone… argh… guess will have to do it on my on, only excuse is that I don’t have my running shoes, have to get new ones

need to get new shoes and then kick some ass
have to do a few marathons in a very good time, need to a pb this year… or is that too much to ask with the work load that i have :) lets go for it

would like to do THE BIG 4, out of which I have only done London marathon. Which, in my opinion, is the best marathon.
Planning on doing Comrades in a year or two.
