Happily I was 143. Lost half a stone!

I was only just 144 this Sunday, and my weight seems to have gone up since even though I think I’ve been doing well. It looks doubtful I’ll reach my first goal of 143 by this Sunday, but I’m trying hard…

If I’m on track on sunday I’ll be 1/5 of the way there, and will have done this for a month, which is longer than I’ve managed before. I know I will do it this time.
Today I weighed porridge ingredients and wrote down how much of what I can put in to have it for under 300 calories. It’s the best food ever. If you go the water, oats and a little bit of salt route it’s 180, which I will try. I will gradually wean myself off sugar in porridge and tea…
Also, next week I’m going to start running a little bit to improve my fitness with this 9-week plan thing which requires 3 30 minute sessions a week.
