did it work?
about an hour after my appointment, i went to the laundrymat, and the woman there took one look at me and exclaimed “You look younger!” she had no idea i had just finished the face lift! i gave her a big hug.

is going really well. i am getting ready to start week 4 of a 5 week program, twice a week. i noticed the lines in my forhead disappearing, now i am noticing the lines from my nose down around my mouth are filling in. incredible!

am getting an acupuncture face lift. she just learned a new technique, and it involes 2 visits a week for 5 weeks, and then once a month thereafter. after just the first visit i notice a difference.

but it really didn’t hurt—just a few pinches going in, it’s all for beauty. no pain, no gain, as they say!

coming out of the acupuncturist’s operatory today, i saw a couple in the reception room that i had referred there. it was his first visit. i stayed and talked to the woman, while her husband was being seen. he came out with a smile on his face, so happy he fell asleep during treatment (it IS very relaxing!), and he made another appointment for 2 days later.

my acupunturists card three times last week. she is incredible. acupuncture is incredible.

i went to the acupuncturist today for my regular visit, only this time i had a lower backache. and i walked out without a backache. truely amazing. i had no idea it could work so quickly on something like that. normally i would have seem my chiropractor, and it would have taken a day or two before it was all gone.

acupuncture is great!
