Though I’m not taking a French course this semester, I’m reviewing material that the province of Ontario will use in the health sector that’s in English and French. I’m making sure the translations hold the same meaning and make sense.
I’m doing pretty well keeping up with this goal.. hopefully I can maintain it through next semester even though I won’t be taking a French course again.
Being able to communicate in French got me the job I have right now. The woman that interviewed me was very excited that I could speak it, and I look forward to being able to use it soon to bridge the gap on the team between English and French. :) Such a benefit to know another language!
