I’ve been doing this (almost) daily for a while now, i tend to do it when i’m stressed or when i’m having trouble sleeping – it’s definitely worth it, it helps relieve youi of stress, helps you calm down – the list is endless! =)

last year i did Buddhism

for a year in RE, and we meditated, at the beginning of the lesson the whole class used to meditate for a couple of minutes, and afterwards, we all felt relaxed, and our concentration was so much better. i really wanna do this, and hopefullly, i won’t be as stressed out when my exams come.
do impossible things has gotten 8 cheers on this goal.
