I have been going to weight watchers for a little over a month now and have lost a total of 12 pounds. My original goal was to loose about 15 pounds, but I have decided to try for an extra 5 so I have about 8 more to go.

So in order to really devote myself to this goal I have joined weight watchers again (I lost 30 pounds last time and had gained half of it back). I am down 5.8 pounds after two weeks of attending. It was much eaiser than I thought to get myself back into the eating habits that I learned the first time. Only 10 more pounds to go.
I am down 5 pounds and want to loose at least 7-10 more. I have been eating well, I just need to pick up the exercise. I would like to loose the last pounds by the end of October.
My mom and I have started weighing in every Thursday and have to report to each other our weight. It is helping me stay on track. As of last weigh in, I only have 8 pounds to go!
I started counting points for Weight Watchers again. I have done very good this week. I am actually down 3 pounds. I think I can get to my goal of 10 pounds if I continue to eat well and keep active.
I have joined a community Center in my area for the winter months. I had been doing such a good job in either walking, biking, or running on almost a daily basis that I didn’t want to give it up when it started getting cold. I am trying the aerobics two mornings a week and then working on the equipment at least two days a week. I haven’t weighed myself in a while, so I don’t know if I have lost any more weight. I have a feeling I haven’t since I haven’t been eating very healthy lately! :-(
I’ve been doing pretty good. Started counting my points a few days ago and so far I have followed it without any problems. I have also made sure to include at least one type of exercise each day. I am down 1.5 pounds already, so at least it seems to be moving the scale in the right direction!
About 3 years ago I did weight watchers. I lost 30 pounds. For the most part I have kept it off, but lately I haven’t been doing as well. I would like to loose about 10 pounds. So I have started the weight watcher diet again and have been exercising almost everyday. Hopefully by setting this as a goal it will keep me motivated.
