Speak Korean fluently

i reali wanna learn how to speak n read n write korean….ive taken net help but it is of no use wen u hav no one to teach u!!....what i found in da net is useless cuz it onli teaches hi hello n all those small things…n neway i can’t sit 3-4 hrs just in da net…my parents won’t allow….its so hard…i thought if i visit korea mayb i can learn but how can i go there??...my parents won’t let me n on top of that there is no one in korea whom i noe….its soooo difficult… i wonder if m ever gonna learn….cuz i wish to read n write in korean…..
