I want to get down to 140. To accomplish this I’m going to limit my snacking and go to the gym at least three times a week. We have a very active summer planned with a lot of camping and hiking and I want to be in good condition to enjoy these things thoroughly!

This is going to be my “challenge” again. Apparently trying to lose a lot of weight while buying and moving into your first home is not a realistic. I’m still down from what I was before but no where near my goal. Now we are settled in and we have a membership to a gym that is literally two blocks away. Not only is it close but we can walk through the sky ways to get there. So now we have literally no excuses not to work even when it is cold out. I am also going to try to be on top of my weight watchers online daily tracker. The primary things I need to focus on to acheive this goal are:
1. workout regularly
2. pace out the baked goods
3. track my foods
4. drink more water
5. stop going out to eat all the time!
I’m off to a good start today!

So I’ve only got 99 days left to go on this goal and I’m starting to get nervous. A lot of things are going to be happening in the next 99 days. We are going to be picking a loft, buying a loft, moving into it, hopefully getting a new job, and starting a new school. I’m very proud of myself for giving up fast food but I’m worried that with all the stress of the move I’m going to falter. Although May 31st sounds like a long way away 99 days doesn’t seem like much time.
Today I have 110 days left to get to my goal weight. I have 20.4 lbs left to lose. That means that I have to lose 0.19 lbs a day or 1.3 lbs a week. Not totally unattainable but I’m worried about plateauing somewhere in the next 110 days.
So due to some stress and other stuff going on lately I’ve been making some poor food choices. I’m pretty sick of the shape I’m in right now and would really like to have my clothing fit differently. So instead of getting down on myself I decided to be proactive. I tried doing my Stripaerobics dvd again. It went about as well as the first time (not very!). I just don’t move that way. I know that exercising makes the weight come off faster but I guess I’m going to have take the slow results of healthy eating.
I’m back down to where I was at the day before Thanksgiving. I didn’t really gain a drastic amount of weight during the holidays (which for me goes Thanksgiving, Christmas, Birthday) but I didn’t put much effort into losing it again so it took a little while.
