get a better job

The job I’ve had for the last 2.5 years was only supposed to be temporary… I FINALLY have a better job. I’m so excited! It’s with a great company and I have excellent opportunities ahead of me! More importantly I’ll be out of the MOA by the RNC!

After I went to my second interview, which was a group interview, I got a call back two days later with a job offer! It was for a job that was even better than the one I applied for! Right now I’m pending a background check but I’m fairly confident I’ve got the job. One of the things that would be so amazing about the job is that it is at their headquarters which is six blocks away from my home! I’m so excited to possibly have a job with proper benefits and better compensation!

I had a second interview today. So if nothing else this was a good learning experience! Supposedly I’ll hear back by the end of the week.

seven more jobs today. We’ll see how this goes. I kind of feel like I’m not even trying that hard anymore.

I’ve really got my hopes up for the one I’m applying for today. Everyone I’ve talked to has said that this one is made for me. We’ll see how this goes.

I just had one of the most depressing evenings at work… I really really really want to get the hell out of there. I’ve got a bunch of resumes out there and I have some pretty high up people dropping my name around in a company I would love to work for. I feel like I’m SO close! I really don’t know how much more of getting looked down upon by customers I can handle.

Applied for three total so far…

Well rough draft #1 done and sent out to my editing posse.

Today it’s official that it totally blows!! Our company is being hostiley taken over and today I have to reapply and reinterview for my job. I found this out yesterday. I F@#$ING hate this job!

I’ve found the perfect job posting. It would be so much fun but I still have to work on a cover letter for my resume! I really really hope that it’s still there when I’m ready!
