Originally I had set a goal of “become half the woman I am” – but loosing 1/2 of my current weight feels overwhelmingly hard.
So I’m breaking it down into smaller – hopefully more doable goals, knowing that once I’ve done it, I’ll set the goal to do it again.
Today’s challenge—determine what that first 10% actually IS !!!
Ok, just got on scale. Here’s the starting point data:
Scale says – 278.9 (for the sake of my poor math skills – 280)
(currently, 44.6 % blubber)
10% of that would be 28 pounds
When I loose 10% of my weight, I’ll be at 252 pounds. (10/06/08)
