1)Creamy Chicken-this is my daughter’s fave or I wouldnt make because it is SO fattening!!! Cream cheese, lots of it. Pour over steamed white rice. Yummy!
2)Baby spinach and romaine with walnuts, dried cherries & crumbled blue cheese w/balsamic dressing. You can also add any type of apple. Great flavor.
3) Whole wheat linguini w/chopped fresh tomato, basil and garlic. Rosemary loaf and leftover salad.
