stop getting junk mail

I have so far called or emailed every place that has sent unwanted mail. I also went through the process to quit receiving preapproved credit offers. Next step, complete the DMA signup.

For a while, I had this under control. Post-Christmas the catalogs started rolling in along with a huge number of offers from frequent flyer/hotel guest clubs.

I will have to start ruthlessly calling and stopping these and maybe check my registration at direct mail etc.

It also seems like there is an increasing amount of “resident” type mail. I need to find out if there is any way to stop it.
