My bf and I got a Nintendo Wii recently (mainly for the Wii Fit) and I’m hoping this will be something we can both do together. Goodness knows I need the extra motivation! I’ve tried it out on a few occasions and I think it’s going to be a lot of fun. Just hope I can keep it up every few days, eventually working up to every day. My only concern is that I think I need a set workout routine and there’s just so many choices of activities and exercises on the Wii Fit Plus. I’m especially excited about the yoga and the Lotus balance exercise, which seems to be an interesting meditation tool.
