Right now in my garden Mondarda is blooming if I walk outside I will see bees and butterflies feeding on all the flowers I grow for them. Monarda, also known as bee balm also attracts Hummingbirds, I spot a few each day. I am by trade a gardener and have accumulated a lot of free plants along the way. If you want to get started on a limited budget, or with limited time start with a few containers. You can even grow food in a container, basil, tomato’s, peppers, the list goes on. Before I started gardening I couldn’t tell the difference between an annual and a perennial. There is a big huge world of insects and plants out there that are waiting for you. Try it. You will love it.
