Well I’ve lost about 7 lbs this past month. I started on some meds (not weight loss meds) that have a side effect of making me less hungry, so that’s helped this past month AND I have been working out at least 4 days a week. I try to do an hour of cardio , I need to get better doing weight training more. Maybe take a class, got the schedule today so now I need to see where i can fit one in my schedule.
So I will continue on my quest ….

Went to the gym, did the elliptical for 40 minutes and weight training for 30 minutes.
Eating not too bad, busy day so wasn’t nibbling. :)
Trying NOT to weigh myself 3 times a day.
Note to self: put scale in the closet and forget about it!

OK, so I weighed myself yesterday and saw that I am down 2 lbs from what I have been – YAY! I have been trying, doing the exercise bit, but not eating as well as I should.
I lost 15 lbs on WW a couple of years ago that was good, but I have gained almost 10 back, in the past couple months – YUCK! So time to really work at it and hopefully I can look GOOD in that bikini at some point this summer :)
