so in the past two days, I start off the day well, I have my lemon juice hot water before breakfast, then another cup of water and then breakfast. but my plan to have two cups of water with midmorning and afternoon snack, one cup with lunch and one cup with dinner is nonexistent. I need to remember remember!! I will remind myself for the next two days.

Tomorrow starts a new week for me. I want to get myself cleansed of toxins I’ve been accumulating from overeating. It’s part of the plan I’ve developed with my counselor to get back on track to a healthy diet. So here goes:

1 cup of hot water with lemon juice in the morning before breakfast.
1 cup of water after breakfast
2 cups of water in morning time
1 cup before lunch
2 cups in afternoon time
1 cup before dinner.

BTW, I took the lemon juice and water structure from the Fat Flush plan.

challenges I need to overcome:
not wantin to drink so that I have space in my stomach to eat something bad that I want. I’ll just drink it. I’ll think of it as heavenly liquid, the gift of life from God.
