Do yoga at least once a week

Am really doing this!! I love this website as it shows me that I do accomplish what I set out to do a lot of the time- maybe not over night, but in the long run I achieve my goals. I’m so excited by this- I can look forward to making all my wishes come true. The lovely Dave (hotness on a stick) is my new motivation for going to yoga. I will be able to touch my toes by January’s class!!
