be a better listener. Let people finish their stories

I have noticed recently that I interrupt people when they are telling their story to sympathize with them and tell them how I identify with their story by telling one of my own. This is bad manners. My dad does it and really people just want to tell their stories. I think it’s really important to hear people and really listen to what they have to say. Also, I need to divulge less information. Not feel like I have to share everything with the world.
