My doom is that I really like to eat. I don’t think this guy would approve, but I like my bowl of ice cream after dinner.
I actually had some training with a personal trainer at 24hr fitness. It did work, but I do need to eat less.
Here’s a plan which he liked: take your required number of calories per day, say 1600. And divide by the number of hours you’re up, say 16 hours.
That’s how many calories per hour you can eat. They say that eating several small meals throughout the day is good and this helps. So in our example you can eat 8 200 calorie mini-meals per day. Or 5 at 300 calories, with 100 left over for breakfast.
Eating several small meals also helps keep the cravings down.
