i just got this great new workbook that my therapist recommended. its called “dont diet-live it” and it is basically about how to have a healthy relationship with food, create a positive body image with what you have now, and to work thru emotional eating. this is going to be great for me, bcos my body is one of my beefs. i gained a lot of weight when i was put on medication and no matter what i do i cant slim back down and have the body that id had for the better part of my adult life. i hope i can stick to this bcos i seem to have a problem sticking to things.

obviously this isnt going well. i need figure out how to trick myself into doing this. i think that my major downfall is that im just too lazy to eat healthier all the time. healthy food is high maitenance, or a lot of work. “bad” foods are so convenient. i suppose that is why its healthy—it hasnt been processed or packaged
