I don’t even own a scale. Part of me just wants to judge my weight by how I look and feel, and how my clothes fit – not a number on the scale.
I’ve been doing intense exercise for 4 weeks now. I would say I’ve lost a few lbs, especially on my thighs and around my torso. Probably 3 lbs. Wish I weighed myself before-hand to actually know if I’ve lost. Then again, my clothes are fitting better, everything is firming up, I feel a lot better.. so that’s a good sign, right?

I think I have shed most of the extra weight I was concerned about. I think if I lose about 3 more lbs I will have more defined muscles. To be honest, I’m not a huge fan of scales.. so I’m just going by how I feel and how my clothes fit.

at my doctor’s office, I discovered I weigh 10 lbs more than I did at my last physical (about 14 months ago).
I am still at a healthy weight for my height, though I feel my body is more “comfortable” about 5 – 10 lbs less.
