I did this briefly when I was starting out in karate, about 16 years ago. Now, as I’m trying to get back into karate after a few years away, it seems like the sort of thing that will help me get back into shape.
I may start out only doing this three days a week, and maybe not 1000 right at first, but I hope to get up to 1000 a day, at least five days a week.
