Hi everyone. I’m going to the gym in about an hour…if I can digest my supper before then ;)
I would like to hit 50 minutes. I have done 46 minutes as my best time. I haven’t run since Saturday (today is Monday) so I feel like I better not skip. I am full but I will be sure to go. Just need a little break before :S
I am at 40 minutes running non-stop, increasing up to 1 hour soon. I am going to go again today, as soon as my food digests. This morning I would like to hit 45 minutes non-stop; that’s my goal! Wish me luck!
I guess it’s muscle memory? Today, after not running for 5 days, I managed to time in at 45:38 with a 4.87mile distance! I’m REALLY proud of myself, and am now going to take a nice hot shower. I hope that it will be easier than I thought to reach 1 hour non-stop!
To confess, I haven’t run since Sunday. I will go for a run tonight, and I’m going to aim for 40 minutes. I know I need to run more often…I’ve had a pretty interesting few days though so I forgive myself. I’ll get back to it!
this week I started running again. On Monday, I could only last for about 11 minutes. Today (Friday) I’m at 35:13. I am steadily going to increase my time until I can do 1 hour jogs outside!
