Goal this year was to qualify to race triathlon for GB as an age grouper. After being made redundant xmas time (praise the lord!) went travelling to asia for a couple of months which meant i didn’t train that much – did some running and swimming but no biking really.
The standard in my age group is rather good (in the 30-34 this year). My best olympic so far this year is 2:21. This is way off the pace!
Plan has changed to see what time i can get my Olympic down to this year then decide whether to try again next year…
