So is exactly a year since I have set up this challange. Only what I learnt or as much as I learnt is, weight loss take time. Diet only veg and fruit didnt work, setting 5 workouts a week didnt work either. so this year and now I can go for it for real. I need to eat. And I need to do resistant trainig.. I am trying hard and for past 2 weeks I been in the gym apart from work, twice a week, especially working on my back. Next step I am going to start lifting heavy weights and do more running and swimming. with full time job is less time and energy now.. but thought life still have to do it. my setting time is 8 of april when is my b’day party in poland. I am 25 and going to look the best on the dance floor!

This is a date when new year resolution starts for me!! so Go on this time I Am gonna get my perfect weight.. I wasnt bad in 2010 put on weight a bit on xmas, but it was mad time.. now I am back to cooking and trainign so be only better:)

Oh long time I havent look into my goal list. The number one acually is in my head all the time so I still do my cardio, resistant and drink lots of water weeks. I do well so far. I tried to get myslef into habit of being too busy to eat shit.Just cook, eat what you have cooked and forget that there is more food! Work great. I acually brought new idea.I am going to put a bowl of mix fruits in my bedroom every evening so when I am hungry before going to bed I can have a fruit, not the most handy thing from the front of the fridge.
Work perfect last nite. and u feel nice cos fruits are like sweets::)
I am on holidays but not going easy on myself… gonna make it active hoildays like a previouse one( I went camping) was great!!!

So its all starts 2morrow.. I decided that I dont wanna be a fat girl anymore.. and I am going to pay the price of loosing weight… having a sexy body and good look is much more pleasure then eating!So the key points for those who wants to start with me!
1. Diet is 75% of success, so unprocessed food, often and little!
2. Move, whatever it is .. resistant training more imortant then cardio
3.good sleep
4. No alcohol or very little
5. lost of sex
6. Motivation
7. Belive its could be you!

Eating only fruit and veg didnt work well in the end at all. Eat lost of junky food, ice cream in the end of the week and didnt even felt satisfied! Horrible, now back to normal eating.. and went for run!

So the body challange work half half. So I did a bit of it but mostly skip… buuu… Doesnt matter.. I progress on my dieat and happy with that… hot days came and I eat less and mostly fruits and vegetable:)Works ok.. legs got a bit better and face isnt that raound as usual. But I need to back to resistant training and stop spending so much time online!!

So the situation is not getting better, days at home didnt do well on me. Need to get into gym again. And I think so somebody had right, when said for everything need to be proper place. The exercises at home are not the same as those in the gym, outdoor or any other.Just when u go to do it.. is primary reason y u go.. when u do it at home..there is lost of little reasons to do not. need to get myslef to do it out again:) but it doesnt mean that home is worse then nothing.. so sth will do it at home:)
