Well I could do 8 which is a bit down on what I was able to do before I threw my back out.
I think if I just try to add one or two per week it shouldn’t be too hard.

OK, time to start getting serious about this again. My back is not 100% but I can start up with the pushups again now.
On the advice of my chiropractor I have to put this on hold for a month or so. At least until my spine is a bit better. Am doing stretches instead at the moment.
I can do 10 now. I reckon it can’t be that difficult to add two extra a week. In no time at all I will be up to my goal.
That’s the plan anyway!
