Moving back into this goal. 2 years ago

I have been reluctant to step on the scales because i knew that I had been eating very badly and not exercising. With the stress of changing jobs and moving cities I just couldn’t keep up with what I wanted to do.

But I am committed now to getting back into this goal so I have stepped on the scales. It wasn’t quite as bad as I thought, I only put on 1kg in the months since I last checked.

So the totals are:

LOST: 4kg
To Lose: 6kg.



Time to get back into this goal 2 years ago

After Christmas I was a bit concerned about stepping back on the scales but its a lot better than I thought.

I am sitting on 5 kilos down from my start point so I suppose that makes it half way.

Hopefully the second 5 kilos wont take as long.

A setback 3 years ago

OK, so I put on a kilo this week. Lets face it, I did next to no exercise and didn’t watch what I ate at all.

It’s not the end of the world.

I’ll just try to lose it in the coming week.

Not a good week 3 years ago

I didn’t lose any weight, but I didn’t put any on either. Well, I suppose I could say not a bad week either.

And that is after succumbing to the urge to order a Friday Night Pizza, and then dinner and red wine (lots!) at a friends place on Saturday night.

At least I didnt put any on this week I suppose.

I really have to get back into exercise but its just so hard at the moment with the 40degree temperatures and incredibly high humidity

Dropped a further kilo. Not looking forward to this week though. Have a few work functions that I have to attend which will involve my major weaknesses: cheese and red wine.

Total Lost: 3kg

To lose: 7kg



Getting there 3 years ago

Even though my chiropractor wouldn’t let me do any exercise this week I still managed to lose 1.5kg.

Total lost: 2kg

To lose: 8kg

Have to keep working on it.



Half a kilo down. 3 years ago

Lost half a kilo this week. Would have been more but drank too much celebrating grand final victory. Now have thrown out my back so mightn’t be able to exercise this week.

Actually I want to lose more than 10, but you have to start somewhere. A series of small achieveable goals is the way to go I reckon.

Dont want to list my start weight!
