If I could do this consistently I could shift it over to completed. The trouble is that I do it for two days, then forget to drink anything more than a glass the next two days.
OK, the goal is to drink 2 litres every day for 7 days. If I do that then I will shift it to completed.
It shouldn’t be too hard, bloody hell its 40 degrees celcius outside most days now. I need to drink that much just to survive!
Have been keeping up with this one for a while now and doing quite well. I think I can probably shift it to completed soon
4 litres today and feeling fine. It was 37 degrees celcius though so I really needed it.
This really isn’t all that hard. I just have a half litre water bottle on my desk and you just drink without thinking. Usually refill it 2-3 times a day. So thats getting up around 1.5 litres. Throw in a glass or two with dinner and I am up to over 2 litres.
I seem to be getting less headaches the more water I drink.
