Tomatoes, cabbage, carrot, celery with lunch and dinner

Strawberries for breakfast and some watermelon in the afternoon.

Does a couple of glasses of Shiraz count as a fruit? Its only grape juice after all!!!!!



Made it today with veggies, not enough fruit. 3 years ago

Had some salad (plain no dressing) for lunch and some cauliflower, brocolli and mushrooms with dinner (char grilled chicken in chilli sauce). A bit lacking in the fresh fruit department but had some dried fruit as a snack this afternoon. Need to get some fresh fruit in the house. Maybe some strawberries for breakfast would be the way to go.
