I had this crazy notion to weigh myself the other day. 140 pounds! OMG. That may not sound like a big deal, but I have always been between 110 and 120 pounds my whole life. I still look great in jeans, but I have a little more junk in the trunk. Atkins here I come….

Little changes help. Been walking more, and that has helped my jeans loosen up a great deal. Will keep walking, and start doing yoga on a daily basis.

Oh jeepers! I do not think I can do the Atkins induction phase as strickly as I’d like. The ice cream looks too good, but I have not put one carb in my mouth for a week. Good for me!



August 30th Early Morning 2 years ago

Eyes popped open from sleep, and the first thing I did (even before brushing my teeth) was get on the bike and ride for 20 mins. Ten mins. of squats, (cause my bum is huge) and then 200 reps of ab work. Drinking lots of water. I know it will be hard to give up coffee and tea, but I need to do it.



First Day August 29th 2 years ago

I am thirty-six years old, and have put on twenty pounds since returning to the US from a five year break in Europe. Got out of the habit of walking, dancing, and cooking healthy meals for myself. Last night, I decided to go on Atkins and start my program. Did a 40 min. cardio and 400 reps of ab work. Feeling better.
