i learnt a backhandspring by practising it on the trampoline first. my friend was supporting me
after i done this a couple of times. he was sure i could do it on my own on the trampoline as i jumped back he moved and i landed it. i can now do them on my own on the trampoline. I have also recently joined a gym. which helps. the best way to do a backhandspring is do a roundoff first then backhandspring
